Volunteering

The Club adheres to the principles of recognising and rewarding volunteers.

Volunteers are treated equal alongside paid employees. Courses to help continual development are organised and funded in full, (or partially - depending on cost/ level of involvement). The Club prides itself on retention of its volunteers, many of whom no longer have a sibling swimming at the club or indeed have a second generation of child swimmer. Others joined the club at the learn to swim level and are now actively imparting their knowledge and continued enthusiasm through teaching and coaching new emerging swimmers.
