Strength & Conditioning

 

We have expanded our programme and now train swimmers from the age of 11, this allows them to balance pool training with a structured Strength Training programme using world class facilities at Custom Fitness.

The programme is designed to help prevent injury by strengthening muscles to stabilise key areas such as the shoulders

Our programme follows Swimming's Strength Training principles
